Foraging for Shoots and Early Mushrooms

What: This nature walk will focus on emerging fruits and shoots of decomposing and cleansing organisms such as asparagus, reeds, cattails, and oyster mushrooms


When: Wednesday, April 27th, 6-7:30 pm

Where: McMurry Natural Area, Fort Collins, CO, United States, off of Hemlock (drive to the west end of Hemlock and park at trail head)

Details: Dress for weather!  This class will be outside the whole time.  Suggested donation of $10. You must RSVP by either donating online or emailing info@thegrowingproject.org.
